On February 15th the New Hampshire House voted 253-92 to send HB 1560, a health care compact bill that proposes to eliminate all federal health care protections and programs in New Hampshire, to the House Commerce Committee for a second review. The House Constitutional Review and Statutory Recodification Committee previously recommended the legislation for passage.
