Times They Are A’Changing….
Seniors’ Magazine is making some changes.
In response to feedback I have received over the past few months I have arranged to broadcast Seniors’ Magazine at a later time of day.
It turns out that early mornings are a time for exercise and breakfast not for sitting and listening to the radio and so Seniors’ Magazine will, starting in June, be broadcast from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon. To find a time slot open on the WSCA broadcast schedule we also had to move the broadcast day from Thursday to Tuesday. Senors’ Magazine will still be available live streaming and will still be on WSCA LP 106.1 FM.
An added benefit of the new time slot is that it will allow for telephone interviews with guests. I found that calling people at 7:00 am East Coast or 4:00 am West Coast was problematical. 11:00 am East Coast and 8:00 am West Coast will allow for interviews with interesting people on a variety of subjects from all over the country. A little daunting for me but interesting for the listener.
Preceding Seniors’ Magazine at the new and improved time slot will be The Environmental Program and following me, at 12:00 Noon will be Burt Cohen Political Program.
